Awesome! Friendly and professional staff! Perfect for beginners and people who are trying to workout and lose weight. It's not intimidating when you actually meet and train with them.

This gym is one of a kind. If your looking to learn how to box this is the place to go hands down. The head coach is special you can tell the first 5 minutes talking to the guy.

Great gym with a great coach and trainers. Perfect for people of all fitness levels and with different types of boxing experience. The classes are fun and eveyrone is super friendly. I highly recommend if your looking for a fun way to get into great shape.

Absolutely love Lightening Quick Fit!! I've known Ernie since he's been training at Lake Montebello. Him and his crew evolved and now he has his own gym. They pushes you and helps you reach your fitness goals. Definitely 5Stars✨ I recommend everyone to try this gym. Cardio, Boxing, Body Sculpting...They does it all! Congratulations 👏 🎉💯❤️

I have been wanting and needing a really good workout for some time. I finally committed and signed up at Lightening Quick Fitness. Unfortunately, due to having weak knees - reconstructive knee surgery and now arthritis - I am unable to keep up with the workouts. The couple of sessions I had were the BEST workouts I had in a long time. I felt SOOOO good after these workouts. If things were different I would ABSOLUTELY continue training with Coach Ernie. Also, appreciated the encouragement from those cheering me on during the ab workouts. 😉😁 Go for it! Sign up and get the best workout. All the best Coach Ernie Mez

Started training here about a month ago with 0 experience. Ernie made me feel at home with his classes and also helping me 1on1 to not only train like professional boxer and but also to get back in shape. I love the gym everyone is friendly and welcoming 5 stars
